Membership & Services

• Memberships are non-transferable and valid only for registered members
• Payments for lessons, events, and membership fees are due in advance
• Enestyball reserves the right to modify services, schedules, and fees at any time

Health & Safety

• Players are responsible for their own health and fitness before participating in lessons or events
• Members must follow all safety instructions from our coaches and staff
• Enestyball is not liable for injuries resulting from improper use of facilities or equipment

Booking & Cancellation Policy

• Lessons, events, and tee times must be booked in advance
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid fees
• Refunds and rescheduling are subject to club policies

Use of Website

• Users must not post inappropriate content or disrupt website operations
• Enestyball reserves the right to update or suspend website access at any time
• All content on this website is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws

Code of Conduct

• All members and visitors must maintain respectful behavior towards staff and other members
• Proper golf attire is required on the course and in practice areas
• Alcohol consumption is permitted only in designated areas and must be responsible
• Violation of our code of conduct may result in membership suspension or termination

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of French courts. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in Paris, France.
